The staff demonstrated really good professionalism consistently. They provided assistance from check-in through every interaction with the restaurant teams. Housekeeping visited twice daily ensuring the room remained spot clean. A digital concierge available on WhatsApp offered recommendations and restaurant reservations.
The hotel noise from the central plaza was noticeable late into the night. Music from nearby restaurants and clubs was audible until 2-3 AM. I found this disruptive to relaxation .

The staff was helpful. I received a free room upgrade, a unexpected surprise. The room was bright, modern, comfortable, and quiet. The grounds feature multiple pools, restaurants, cafés, relaxing areas and a spa. I felt away from the hustle and bustle in a tropical paradise (it was just what i needed).
The beach had equipment to clean it. I noticed some diesel smell during breakfast.

The hotel location allows walking to the city. Many restaurants are available near the hotel. I found the staff to be excellent.
I had some concerns regarding responsiveness. I requested room service multiple times for drinking water with no response. The hotel did not arrange breakfast as agreed. The hotel's value for money seemed exaggerated.
